District Manager for non-site and site managed properties in the SW Washington and Portland Metro areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Leasing/Marketing of available rentals, including online reputation management
• Resident relations
• Supervision of site staff
• Budgeting & CAPEX assessment and implementation
• Receivables, including collection of delinquent accounts
• Purchase order and invoice processing/approvals
• Vendor and client relations
Qualifications
• Ideal candidates should have experience with District Management in Washington state.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive property management experience in the Multifamily Industry is preferred,
but we will mentor and grow the right candidate
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service to tenants and clients
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong decision-making, good judgment and problem-solving through an understanding of procedures, company
policies and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines
• Must have own vehicle, current driver's license and insurance
• Background check required after acceptance of job offer
Compensation for this full-time position begins at $70,000 annually.
