Commerce Properties is seeking a *Full*-*Time Apartment Leasing Agent.
*This position is responsible for leasing and providing best in class customer service at one of our apartment communities.
You will work as a member of the leasing team to insure the buildings are effectively leased and our residents are receiving prompt and friendly service.

*Duties:*
* Lease apartments to prospective residents, including initial meeting, tours, screening applications, scheduling and monitoring move-ins and move-outs.
This includes some weekend work.
* Manage online advertising and assist with marketing.
* Receive resident service requests and inspect vacant units.
* Provide customer service to residents.
* Must be able to comply with Fair Housing practices.
*Qualifications:*
* At least 2 years of customer service, sales or multifamily leasing experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
* Strong organization and communication skills preferred
* Demonstrated experience building meaningful relationships with customers
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
* Yardi and RentCafe experience preferred
