Leasing/ Admin Assistant (Tigard or Beaverton)

Summary of Position The Leasing/ Admin Assistant would be responsible for assisting property managers at multiple apartment complexes in the Tigard/ Beaverton area.
You will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): - Assist with leasing (applications process, tours, renewals) - Assist with rent collection (deposit and record rent checks) - Enforce terms of rental agreements and community regulations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition.
Exterior and interior inspections of the community on an on-going basis.
- Assist with responding to maintenance issues and managing on-site maintenance - Preparing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records Compensation - Full-time Requirements - Disciplined self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills - Well-organized & responsible - Strong customer service skills - Ability to respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools - Good verbal and written communication skills - Must have a vehicle and valid driver license - Must undergo a background check - Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5:00pm - 3+ years working experience Preferred - Property management and property management software (Appfolio) experience - Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Our company offers a competitive compensation package including health insurance, 401k and a discounted rent program.
