We are looking for a FULL TIME experienced Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of two Class A mixed-use buildings with 135 residential units.
This position involves working closely with our management team to maximize financial returns and to promote harmonious relations among tenants, fellow employees, owner, and the local communities.
Our candidate must be a team player, have excellent customer service and negotiation skills, be well-spoken, mature and enthusiastic.
We're looking for someone who is organized and self-motivated, who is a quick learner and detail-oriented with great follow-through.
Good attendance, being punctual and dependable is essential and having a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary.
Class A building experience and familiarity with Appfolio and Tenant Tech a plus! Knowledge of and compliance with all Landlord/Tenant laws, State and Federal Labor laws and Fair Housing laws is required.
Continuous professional development is encouraged and subsidized.
Excellent references are necessary.
Job Responsibilities include: · Collecting rents and follow up with delinquencies · Move in/out tenants in Appfolio · Inspect units, common areas and properties · Handle NTV, vacancies, update listings on website · Send out renewals on schedule, coordinate rent increases w/Managing Director · Manage key, fob and garage door openers; electronic and paper files · Discuss legal matters with attorneys · Audit tenant insurance to ensure compliance · Conduct periodic market surveys · Produce weekly turn schedules, vacancy reports; monthly reports for Owner.
· Manage leasing consultant's activities and priorities.
· Ensure resident retention and maintain high occupancy rates · Collaborate with marketing director on resident retention projects and community events.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
