Essential Functions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable LLTL, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses and income
- Clear Communication with the General Manager
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to property owners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with real estate administrative tasks, such as lease preparation and tenant screening, is preferred
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is beneficial
