*BLUESTONE Real Estate SR HR Generalist* Bluestone Real Estate Services, LLC is a residential and commercial property management, commercial brokerage and HOA management service in the PNW.
Our team is committed to driving successful outcomes for our clients, homeowners and tenants with outstanding customer service.
We are looking to add a seasoned SR Human Resource Generalist to our Beaverton office.
The SR HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) activities for our growing organization and look to develop and drive a culture of inclusivity and accountability.
This position will involve interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff, employee relations, assisting with payroll, benefit administration, FMLA, and other various HR duties.
This position requires on-site Human Resources oversight in Beaverton with occasional site visits within the NW.
(Vancouver to Salem) *Duties/Responsibilities:* · Build solid relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
· Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Onboard employees to set them up for success and drive the culture of Bluestone to ensure the future growth of the organization.
· Support manager ins employee relations issues and coach both leaders and employees for success.
· Conduct investigations on employee issues, this includes working with both employees and managers to ensure the issue is effectively resolved.
· Partner with the department leaders on HR related matters.
· Coordinate employee activities and administer employee recognition programs.
· Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, EEO, unemployment claims, benefit administration, FMLA and other HR programs.
· Review and assist with payroll processing as needed.
· Administer and participate in employee corrective actions, terminations, and investigations.
· Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices.
· Ensure company policies and practices are followed.
· Define and implement training needs across the company to support culture and leadership competencies.
*Education and Experience:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, is preferred.
· At least 5 years’ Human Resources experience is preferred.
· SHRM certified is a plus! · Experience working with Tri-Net or other HRIS systems.
· Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with employees at all levels of organization.
· Detail oriented is a must.
· Excellent follow-up skills.
· Organization and time management skills are needed.
· Act with integrity to uphold our company core values.
· Excellent Microsoft office skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
00 - $95,000.
