com/watch?v=zzE6Fd7D-jU *What you will do as the Leasing Specialist* * Oversee all leasing operations with an Outward Mindset in compliance with all local, state and federal laws while providing the best resident experience in the world.
* Greet, tour and communicate the community’s features and benefits to potential residents while documenting pertinent data.
* Plan and execute monthly resident events with the assistance from the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager.
* Help facilitate community financials by preparing market analysis and survey reports.
* Utilize Outward Mindset Tools to ensure a positive impact to your team and residents.
* Enhance your professional development by attending industry-related training seminars.
*Education and experience* * High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of multi-family housing leasing experience.
* 1-2 years of Fair Housing regulations knowledge.
*Skills and Requirements * * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid Drivers License.
* Ability to work independently and with a team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
