We are a well-established business with a successful history servicing the Portland Metro Area.
At this time, we are searching for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team! The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management teams.
They will interact daily with potential and current tenants, property managers, and vendors both in-person, over-the-phone, and in written correspondence.
They will facilitate and process rental property documents, review all required application documents, review lease agreements and addendums, as well as draft and send tenant lease extensions or non-compliance letters.
Ensuring tenant files are kept up to date and that all duties are carried out in compliance with housing laws and regulations is key, and we are excited for our Assistant Property Manager to help us do it! It is a fast-paced environment, requiring a detail-oriented and dependable self-starter with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to respond in a timely manner to a variety of situations with both creativity and resourcefulness.
They will have the ability to work independently and accurately to meet deadlines, while maintaining great customer service and a positive attitude! It will be important to communicate well with a diverse range of personalities, demonstrate logical judgment, and maintain outstanding organization and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Priority will be given to those with two years of college or relevant experience in the property management field.
Previous experience using property management software, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Google Suite will be considered as well.
The ideal candidate will also have reliable transportation, a smart phone, and must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
With these, they can receive a competitive salary, plus eligibility for benefits after 90 days.
