*What You'll Do*
As a Community Manager, you're the captain of our community ship.
You'll steer the day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic insight and hands-on leadership.
Your role goes beyond office management; it's about crafting a community that residents are proud to call home.
In this position you will be responsible for collection of rents and move out balances, provide excellent customer service to our residents and prospects by leasing units and ensuring residents needs are being met, maintain budgeted occupancy numbers, coordinating with the maintenance team , while working with the Koz Team to achieve greatness!
