Property Manager

*About you:* You are an experienced property manager with the aptitude to manage the day-to-day operations of our award-winning portfolio.
You are an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep your team on track to meet their quarterly and yearly goals.
You are also: * A good communicator with 2+ years of experience in the property management industry * Need experience in at least 5 buildings and 150+ properties.
* An expert in handling escalated situations * Comfortable navigating annual budget preparation and accounts payable * Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations * Experienced leading and motivating a team * Customer-focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers * Savvy with all marketing activities including ILS and social media marketing * Up to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property management * Familiar with Yardi or equivalent property management software * Experienced with new development/lease-up properties Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
00 - $80,000.
