A vehicle, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance is required for this position.
Competitive pay includes a base hourly rate for this position, and it is a full-time position.
After one year of employment, full time employees are eligible for health benefits, including dental coverage.

*Technical Skills & Qualifications:* * One year of administrative or customer service experience preferred * Professionalism and reliability in attendance is extremely important * Organized and able to prioritize levels of responsibility from low-urgent * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture * Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or stressful situations * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention * Problem-solving skills from start to finish and ability to see the bigger picture * Ability to multitask and work on numerous customer tickets simultaneously * Proficiency in computer software programs (e.
g.
, Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets) * Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance required * High school diploma or GED required *Job Duties:* Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Processing all new customer service maintenance request tickets from tenants and homeowners * Coordinating repairs with vendors, tenants, and homeowners * Managing/completing a majority of customer service maintenance request tickets * Maintaining accurate property notes/documents including serial numbers, model numbers, and warranty information * Conducting inspections for repair requests (utilizing specialized tools such as temperature guns and moisture readers) * Inspecting properties for repairs and maintenance needs that have been submitted * Documenting repair requests and completed repairs through photo documentation including before/after photos * Managing appointments and calendars * Handling correspondence and prioritizing mail and emails * Providing daily reports to your direct manager for active team's service tickets * Providing reports for research and screening of new vendors and statistics of current market pricing for vendors * Requesting surveys from owners/tenants regarding the service they received from the team or yourself * Auditing customer tickets and internal tickets to maintain accuracy of the coordination report * Conducting various types of inspections and driving to multiple locations/properties in a day *Ideal Candidate Traits:* * Thrives in high-pressure environments * Proficient in following processes and procedures * Open to learning and adapting to new situations * Organized and able to prioritize tasks * Excels in collaboration and communication * Able to work independently and with the team * Passionate about the housing industry and working with people * Eager for career growth opportunities If you're ready to embark on an exciting career journey with us, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you'd be a perfect fit for this role.
