Position overview: The assistant manager will show and lease apartments to prospective residents and assist the general manager with daily, weekly, and monthly duties; as well as effectively, courteously and efficiently provide customer service to prospects and existing residents.

Our organization is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong knowledge of property management regulations.

Responsibilities: * Monitor and maintain the condition of the property.
* Ensure that all tenant requests are addressed in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular inspections of the property and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to property management.
* Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of all tenant information, including rent payments, leases, and maintenance requests.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.
