We are looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to oversee a 24-unit apartment community conveniently located close to downtown Hillsboro, Orenco Station, Washington County Fairgrounds, and Hillsboro Airport.
We offer a generous compensation package that includes $1,700.
00 rent credit for a 3-bedroom HOUSE with garage in front of the apartment community, which also doubles as the rental office, plus $1,800.
00 salary paid once a month and an additional $150 in reimbursements for expenses.

As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Duties will include:
* Rent collection
* Responding to maintenance requests
* Scheduling vendors
* Marketing vacancies
* Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
* Maintaining the property appearance
* Issuing notices
* Maintaining communication with residents
Whether you are experienced or just getting started in the industry, we may have a place for you.
We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies.
You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
