It is in great condition - you will see only a couple blemishes.
The sound is great, cedar top and rosewood sides/back for a deep but clear sound.
It also has K&K Pure Classic pickups under the bridge, with a 1/4 output that you can attach your strap to.
Bone nut and saddle.
New Savarez strings.
The intonation is like new.
I have been taking care of it, it has not seen any very dry weather.
Great guitar for beginner or intermediate alike.
