1920's Hardman Baby Grand Piano - $3,800 (North Portland)

This is Piano is an American made piano from the 1920's by Hardman, Peck and Co.
The piano was rebuilt around 2007 by piano technician and has had one owner since then.
The Piano is overall in great condition for its age and had new strings and hammers replaced during the rebuild and repaired soundboard.
There is a humidifier unit installed because it was one in a drier climate.
I haven't needed to use it much in Portland, because of the ample humidity.
There is come cosmetic wear on the piano, like fading finish, rusted caster and a chip in the wood on the side near the keys, but doesn't effect the sound at all.
It plays beautifully and has a true American piano sound.
I had the piano appraised by a local piano technician and the price listed is supported by their appraisal.
