1920 Steinway Model O - $17,000 (Laurelhurstelhurst, Portland OR)

This is a single family (mine) owned since new Steinway model O.
This model is the largest of their "Parlor Grands" and packs a concert grand sound into a living room sized package.
It is in excellent condition.
It was professionally rebuilt in the mid 90's with new strings, pins, all hammers and felts.
The soundboard is original and perfect with no cracks.
It has barely been played since the rebuild so it is in as new of condition as you'll find in a piano from this era.
Every minute of this pianos history is accounted for and it has always been in climate controlled homes.
It has never been stored or in any way neglected.
All it will need is a tuning after it's moved to it's new home and you will be ready to make beautiful music.
