The value of these things is all over the place.
From $300 to a few thousand, depending on the model and specific luthier.
Mine, is of the first variety.
It's a grade 2, made in 1973.
What makes this instrument unique is that it has it's original case, capo, picks, an extra set of strings(bought with the guitar!), picks, an 'analog' tuner, a guitar instruction book copyrighted in the same year it was made, and the original Weather's Music Company(in Salem Oregon) tag still hanging from the case handle.
It plays and sounds good, but I'm not sure the new owner will be as interested in that as much as adding it to a collection of interesting instruments that are in excellent condition.

time will tell.
There are some small scuffs near the heel of the instrument, I'm guessing from being put into the case.
Other than that it is in mint condition, as you can see in the pics.
