I bought this guitar a year ago, and just have too many and down sizing inventory.
But of all my guitars going, this is the hardest one to let go of.
It is a true work of art.
4A Spruce top (what appears to be alpine spruce) and solid rosewood back and sides.
Arm bevel, body bevel and binding are a mixture of quilted mahogany and risewood From the exquisite rosette to the crazy bracing with neoprene sandwiched on the middle, they didn't miss a spec when designing this guitar.
Every twist and turn is a new kind of wood or contour.
The sound is very punchy, balanced and has good projection.
I used this guitar to record 90 percent of my last album and have been impressed with the recorded sound.
I believe lots of this guitar (including the solid rosewood back and sides with the polycarbonate "river") was designed with the pitch perfect out of the box idea as in a carbon fiber guitar, but staying true to solid woods and classic Luther principles.
This guitar will also come with a hardshell case if needed and two
extra custom Der Jung tuning machines.
I loved these tuning machines so much I put them on a few of my guitars and ordered some extras in case they were ever discontinued.
Sounds samples available.
