1971 Ericson 29 cruising sailboat.
Adding this up front but see below for details: Act now and you can own this boat in a prime location walking distance from downtown Hood River and waterfront for the rest of 2024.
I am currently cruising my new boat in Mexico, but I will be in Hood River, title in hand from Thursday until Tuesday, March 19.
Ready for your spring and summer sailing and cruising adventures.
Arcturus is probably the most well-equipped boat of its kind that you will ever find.
It’s old but in good condition.
No high-polish finishes, but sturdy and comfortable.
I spent years refurbishing it and converting it to a comfortable cruising boat for one or two people and maybe a little one.
It has two double-berths and one single.
Custom upholstery new in 2018.
Over six-feet standing headroom.
Large cockpit with plenty of lounging room.
It’s got everything from self-steering to air-conditioning.
Arcturus is very easy to sail single-handed, and makes a cozy little home.
I lived aboard with a big dog.
However, I’ve moved to a larger boat and Arcturus needs a new family.
Currently located in Hood River - the slip is paid up until the end of the year and a sub-lease may be possible, (with proof of insurance) but you will then have to move it.
There is a long waiting list for new tenants.
Contact the marina for details.
There is no continuous live-aboard allowed in the marina but you can for example, overnight on weekends.
