Wanted: Small sailboat with trailer (Hood River)

I'm looking for a small sailboat (12 to 14 foot) with trailer.
Fiberglass.
One where you sail from the gunnel, not from a central bench (not a dinghy style).
Hoistable sail as opposed to Laser/sleeve style.
Boat and trailer must be lightweight and in very good condition (clean hull, sails etc).
Anyone have a boat they are not needing anymore? Price negotiable.
