Is this the best commuter motorcycle ever made? I think so, plus it makes an excellent sport-tourer, too.
I know: I rode it to Colorado and back last summer, averaging 50+ mpg along the way.
Powered by an 850cc V-Twin engine connected to a scooter-style CVT automatic transmission, it also features manual shifting via handlebar paddles and a traditional left-foot shift lever.
Standard features include ABS, three drive modes (Sport/Touring/Rain), a protective fairing, and a “tank-top” glovebox with interior lighting and a 12-volt power outlet (the actual gas tank is under the seat).
With right around 8500 miles on the odometer, it’s all up to date on service and was treated to a fresh oil/filter change, air filter, brake pads and tires prior to my trip.
It’s not due for a valve inspection (via simple screw-type adjusters) and CVT belt replacement until 18K miles.
In other words, it needs nothing but a new owner! I’m only selling it because I have another and don’t need two.
I have a clean title in my name plus
an owner’s manual.
I am located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of SE Portland close to the Aladdin Theater, so can meet near there.
No test rides without valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and cash in hand.
