Here's some of the amenities:

9HP outboard (always on ethanol-free gas, two tanks onboard)
- 2 newish AGM batteries, one house and auxiliary; solar charging hookup and 1 small panel are available
- self-tailing Lewmar winches
- tiller autopilot + hookup
- composting toilet (marine wastewater lines removed)
- CDI jib furler
- covers for all winches, mainsail, motor, tiller and side compartments
- new custom handmade table, poplar, walnut and oak
- standard horizon VHF radio with GPS
- 2 bank Guest battery charger
- Xantrex power inverter
- Shore power hookup
- newer main, furling jib, hank-on jib and drifter in decent condition
Here's some of the work I've done:
- all freshwater (except drainage) lines replaced, water tank cleaned and sanitized 2023
- aft galley faucet replaced
- brightwork cleaned, sanded and oiled 2023
- bimini plastic mounts removed and replaced with stainless, remounted with drill-fill-drill using epoxy
- bimini/canopy downsized for cruising
- regular deck cleanings through the year
The boat's been sailed regularly through my ~1 year of ownership, no issues were found.
The forward hatch has a small leak I haven't been able to find, the boat's remarkably dry otherwise.
DM with phone number to arrange a meeting if interested.
No test sails, but happy to unfurl the jib and raise the main for inspection if conditions permit.
