Wanted: Free Marina Queen Boat - Anyone got a free boat? (Portland Metro - Tired of paying moorage?)

I'm after a free boat.
Marina queen cruiser-yacht (like in the photo).
Must be in a marina slip.
The boat must be somewhat functional for me to be interested.
I will take over your marina moorage fees or move to another marina if it's too far out.
Email with what you might want to unload for free.
Must have no catastrophic damage and must of course have a title so I can register it.
I wouldn't be interested in boats without proper documentation.
