Cabin Cruiser Boat.
1985 Bayliner Contessa 2850.
28ft.
A more comfortable van life.
I bought a Bayliner cabin cruiser in 2019.
My plan was to refurbish the boat and use for weekend camping-type trips.
I quickly realized that boat refurbishment was not my new weekend hobby.
Much Money was spent to fix it up

Roomy cabin with kitchenette.

350 Chevy.
Volvo penta dual drive (complete professional rebuild and refit 2020).
Recarpeted.
Amenities:
Triple axle trailer
Digital gauges.
Depth finder
10’ Dingy

i70 System Pack with Wind, Depth & Speed Transducers, digital guage
Reglazed windows
New lights

New Carpet
Restrained interior woodwork
Current condition: Hasn't been in the water or started since engine rebuild in 2020.
Will need to be jump-started for testing prior to purchase.
Haven’t tested plumbing.
$10k spent in motor refresh in 2020 (receipts available)
Reasons for sale: welll…it’s pretty much the “classic” boat story.
I figured out pretty quickly (almost immediately) that I'd rather captain a boat rather than fix it up.
I thought fixing up would be a hobby, but no.
If you're into fixing up things in your free time, then the finish of the boat should be a synch, and the finished product would happen pretty quickly
