This is a 36 foot steel motor sailboat with aluminum house.

History: this boat started as a pile of steel in my driveway.

The boat plans were from Glen_L out of California and I still have them.
The hull is complete with aluminum house bolted on.
Interior was started but needs to be finished.
The parts that are being offered with the boat are: the mast; some rigging; some sails; hydraulic steering unit; engine (Isuzu, model 4BB1); engine reverse gear, shaft, and prop; stove (which is in); and the head, which is roughed in.
