Santa Cruz 27 with trailer - $12,000 (Portland)

I have a 1978 Santa Cruz 27 that I am considering selling for the right price and the right buyer.
I purchased Galdrabok a year and a half ago with the intent of getting some blue water racing in.
A growing family and career goals are keeping me from sailing as much and in the way the boat deserves.
Prior to my ownership the boat had paint and core repair done.
A Solid platform for buoy racing or ocean racing.
The boat includes an emergency rudder, storm jib, and trisail.
All necessary items for racing on the coast or Hawaii if you desire.
Full navigation lights, small lithium battery, manual bilge plump, VHF radio, outboard motor, and dual axle trailer in great condition.
I also have an A-frame and strap system for ramp launching and raising/lowering mast.
