EPIC ANALYST - EpicCare Ambulatory certified.
This position is hybrid remote, must be able to be on-site as needed and resident of WA or OR only.
A major focus of this role will be to collaborate with operational partners and leaders as well as deliver well thought out, clear and frequent communication with customers and system leaders regarding system availability and issue resolution/recovery to systems that are important to our customers business and ultimately our patients.
Empowered to work directly with vendors, IS teams, partners, operational users, IS leaders and colleagues, this team will pursue solutions for complex production issues and ensure an ongoing stable application production environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulates and defines system functionality and objectives through research and fact-finding to support the development, configuration, or support of information systems.
Prepares specifications, analyzes and revises existing system logic and creates documentation as necessary.
Responsible for communicating system changes to the principal trainers, management, and end users.
Actively participate and work with appropriate subject matter experts in all enterprise design, build, validation sessions, and ongoing upgrades.
Understand how workflow decisions translate to application configuration.
Provide support services with very little management input including, but not limited to: high level applications software support, coordination of technical requests, system upgrade coordination, vendor liaison, and on-call coverage.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven strong oral and written communication skills
Proven organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification(s) as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years of information technology/ Epic electronic health record experience.
Experience in a healthcare setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.
e.
, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, etc.
), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.
Certifications may be required depending on the specific position, such as Epic Ambulatory or other.
Pay Range:
$72,638.
00 - $108,956.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.
Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
Employees will also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on schedule.
