Description:
Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at the 158-unit (combined) apartment communities of Sylvan Terrance, Colony Park, and Fir Terrace.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, etc.
as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Location: Sylvan Terrace (Portland, OR), Colony Park , (Portland, OR) and Fir Terrace (Tigard, OR)
Hourly Rate: $18-$20/hr.
(DOE)
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40

Requirements:
What you will bring as a Porter
Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, both manual and power, operating a pressure washer, and handling chemicals with close attention to safety rules.
Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
Previous pool maintenance experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, painting, maintenance, and repairs is preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
A current and valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation capable of transporting necessary tools, including power washing equipment.
Must be motivated, efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
The ability to read, write and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
