Casting Director for adult film studio seeks IPA (Intimate Personal Assistant - also a fine beer). Duties will include scheduling auditions, booking hotels, evaluating talent, assisting in auditions, and performing intimate personal services. While this is not an on-camera position it is classified as a performance position for First Amendment protections as the duties require frequent nudity and sexual contact. The assistant works in the nude nearly all the time. Some aspects of the job may be performed at home. in which case where whatever you like, but generally expect to be nude. Base pay rate is $50/hr. This is a very part-time position, usually 4-8 hours per week, although there are occasional long weekend hours.
