I am looking for someone to take over my lease in downtown Vancouver, WA off 6th and Main.
Ideal candidate is looking for a long-term home for their business or counseling practice.
I'm leaving because I don't need the office more than once a week.
Open to selling furnished or selling some of the furniture! Lease takeover would be from March 1st to October 31, 2023.
$700 a month.
Includes wifi, waiting room, ADA accessible, close to yummy lunch spots and coffee shops.
